How do I get a certified copy of my Texas Driver Record?

For your convenience, you can order a certified copy of your Texas Driver Record directly from us and we will send it to you with your completion certificate. Be sure to review your Texas Driver Record before you give it to the court to make sure your paid tickets have been cleared.

What if my deadline to complete the TDLR approved driving safety course has passed?

Unfortunately, we cannot extend a student's completion date. Our suggestion would be to contact the court and see if there is any way to get more time to complete defensive driving.

What happens if I fail the final? Can I take it again?

What is a student affidavit, and how do I print it?

To be eligible for our driver safety course, your identification must be verified through a third party database via your driver's license, licenses plate and registration information. If your identity cannot be verified, you are required to send in a notarized student affidavit so our company can identify you as the person taking the course. Your need to submit a student affidavit will be indicated on your course account page. You can also print the affidavit from this page. Why do I need my vehicle registration to do this defensive driving online Texas course?

Our third party verification system will ask random questions based on your vehicle registration to verify that you are the person taking our course and not somebody else.
